DIVERSITY AND GENDER EQUALITY

ENHANCE lays the foundation for unrestricted mobility of students, researchers, and staff within the network, the establishment and expansion of transdisciplinary research activities with societal stakeholders, and the joint strengthening of sustainable innovations and start-ups. Diversity and gender equality lead to healthy organisations and to innovation. Educational opportunities and exchange within the European University should be accessible to all, independent of economic background, needs or family circumstances.

That’s why diversity awareness and gender equality are core values of ENHANCE. We consider and promote these values in all our activities. We hope that the resources that are listed here inspire everyone on our common journey toward more diversity and equality.

Learning Offers

Lifelong learning is a value that ENHANCE Alliance is committed to, in this case related to diversity and gender equality, as one of the cross-cutting pillars of our alliance. Training helps people learn to be what they are capable of being, what they are capable of becoming.

Resources and tools

The resources and tools space will provide other universities in Europe and beyond information, tools, advice and open source material developed by diversity and gender equality within ENHANCE Alliance. In this space you can also find the annual diversity reports.

Mobility for all

This page shows you all the services and contact persons that might be relevant for you if you are considering going abroad for study or research reasons. ENHANCE Universities committed themselves to encouraging all students and staff to realise their plans even if barriers on the way seem difficult to overcome.
